I paid BimotorDJ for a brand new $2,600 5-piece Tama drum set which I received with large cracks on the bass drum and largest floor tom – the two most expensive pieces of the kit. I took pics and reported the damage to BimotorDJ the day I received the package. They asked me to take the damaged pieces to my local post office for inspection and I did that right away. The post office verified the damage and had to keep the damaged bass drum and floor tom as part of the process so now I only have two small rack toms and the smaller floor tom. I informed BimotorDJ that I followed their instructions, sent them my damage receipt, and they didn’t respond to me for over a month. When they finally did respond, they gave me a short response saying that their personal shipping company didn’t receive a damage report which is not true because I have proof that my post office found damage on my package, and I was told that they submitted the damage claim to their shipper. I asked them for an update multiple times over the course of weeks and they are ignoring me now. They didn’t find any resolution for me and stopped responding to me. BimotorDj is the worst company I have ever dealt with.I made a big mistake trusting this company with this purchase because they have strong reviews. I’m sure if there was no issue with my order I would give them a 5 star rating like everyone else. But I was unfortunate and had to deal with their customer support, which was very unprofessional and only caused me a lot more stress and made my situation worse (I have 3 drums now instead of 5 because of their directions and nothing was given back to me). If you order from them, pray that there aren’t going to be any problems with your order because you will have a hard time if you do. If you take the risk of ordering with them, do not pay them using wire transfer to their bank, instead use PayPal, that way you at least have some protection. This whole process of me trying to get some kind of reimbursement or resolution for my losses was dragged out for many months. Their customer support person would take weeks and sometimes longer than a month to respond to my inquiries that should only take a few minutes to respond to. You can see this in the photos I've attached how long it takes them to respond. I strongly suggest purchasing your music needs from a different business that values their customers and acts professionally. BimotorDj does not care if you do not receive what you paid for with your hard earned money. All I have left now is 3 small tom drums that I paid $2,600 for and a lot of stress and a lot of wasted time which they caused me.
