VERY BAD EXPERIENCEThey contact me for the product 's, so I decide to trythe day 8 of October I make one order and pay in the same daythe 25 of October I receive a parcel open wit a bottle broken part of the soap went out , was missing 5 L of soap plus wrong invoice with different name,I report this to the company , and this is not a problem mistakes can happen every day to everybodyThey tell me that they will send me back the correct invoice and the missing soap /I was thinking that they send also a new product that arrived broken (I have paid the product for new full).........after 23 email and many phone call still now I don't receive my parcel correct or money back and my invoice correctso is clear that I lost a lot of time and of course my money .....I hope that this I reported will be useful for some people not to fall into the same scam
