Douro Royal Valley Hotel & Spa

Hotel with great location and splendid view/landscape… however, with many negative points:1- its design doesn’t fit in the landscape (it looks like a nuclear center industry, not an hotel;2- At the reception they have drinks (water, juices, wine), but there is some neglect, as when we were there, the jug of orange juice had mosquitoes in it;3- the staff are not friendly;4- some structures were dilapidated;5- Long corridors, no pictures on the wall -> they look like a monastery6- no careful landscaping, instead of grass, the space around has weeds and reeds... so disappointing!!!!
