Hospital CUF Torres Vedras

I had a knee injury while surfing. Decided to go there to have a look from doctors as it was hurting really bad.There were not many people and the staff was really really helpful. Everyone was able to speak English and understand my requests.They put me on a chairwheel and the nurses brought me around for the different exams. In the end for a general medicine visit, orthopedic visit , ultrasounds and x-ray scan I had to pay less then 400 euros and in 5-6 hours I was done. It may seem like a lot, but I am pretty sure in another public clinic it would have taken many more hours as it was considered as not urgent injury.The orthopedic doctor even wrote me a final summary in English that I could use with the doctors when I am back to my country.Thanks a lot.
