MoviMente - Saúde e Movimento Consciente

I've been Training in Movimente with Nuno and Barbara for 1 year and could not be happier! I can see a lot of progress, and they make training fun. They take outstanding care of my improvements both in training and outside the training guiding me on healthy habits. I had pain in my back, and thanks to their implication and the training they prepared for me, I recovered faster, and I am not having pain anymore.
