Clínica dos Campelos

Very bad experience this morning!! Firstly my appointment was for 9h30 then got a telephone call to ask to change to 10h00. Arrived 9h55 waited for 25minutes before the doctor arrived with no apology for her being late. She ran through the door and mumbled to no one in particular, I did not know what she said. After she arrived she still spent 10 minutes in the dressing room before I was called in. She needs to go for behavioural lessons in how to treat a patient. Not once did she explain what she was doing or going to do. She gave me a price for the 1 tooth and not for the other one ended up paying 120€ if I new this I would not have had her do the second tooth I am a pensioner and cannot afford these rates when I told her this when I had to pay then she started arguing with me and told me it was my fault for not asking the price. She kept on arguing with me about the account and her being late all was my fault. They are very unprofessional and need to get training on how to deal with patients and learn manners. The impression I got was that for her it was more important to win the fight than to keep the patient happy.I would definitely not go back.
