I used them in September 2023 from Porto to Santiago. They lost my bag twice! If I hadn’t had an Apple AirTag in it, I would never have found it. Then they took their time getting the bag to me stopping at a bar. I would find another company to use. 3 times I beat my bag to my accommodation. They didn’t have good control or contact with the van drivers. It was very, very frustrating which hampered my Camiño. Once they tried to blame another company for taking the bag. The tag is predominately displayed. Back and forth WhatsApp messages garnered 9 ‘I’m Sorry’. Once my bag was in the middle of a park. I wanted to leave a good review but it’s just not possible with the amount of problems I had. One excuse was- they had a lot of bags. That’s what you do. Transport bags. If your business can’t handle the number of bags- don’t accept more customers.
