Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf

I didn’t actually play the course, but I had to give a review for the exceptional service I received in the pro shop. We had booked a tee time for Bom Sucesso through Just Tee Times. However, when we arrived, we were advised by the pro shop reception desk that there were undertaking hollow tining of the greens and that we should have been advised of this by Just Tee Times who had been given a 25% refund by Bom Sucesso (unfortunately Just Tee Times didn’t advise us). In addition, only 9 holes were open so that we would have to play it twice which wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. However, the receptionist was kind enough to call nearby Praia Del Rey and managed to get us an afternoon tee time for the same day - in addition, we didn’t have to pay anything, as she organised for Bom Sucesso to cover the cost. This might be a local arrangement they have when one course is undergoing renovations - nevertheless, I have to commend the excellent service provided by Bom Sucesso to ensure we had a good golfing experience at PdR. I doubt whether I would experience anything similar in the Algarve or Costa Del Sol. I will certainly make sure we play their course the next time we visit.
