Vodawhat?Vodawho?Vodawhere?Avoid by all means.., if you have a choice!And this is the problem..., this company knows it has no competition and it uses this situation, beyond understanding and without any shame. Prices are insanely high, services are well below par, by international standards and customer service is a notion that does not belong in Vodawhatnot's book. You don't know who to ask a question to, or complain about failing service..., spend hours (literally, no exaggeration) over the phone, trying to get hold of someone... And if you do get through to someone, no matter how long you've been waiting, no matter how much time you have been wasting, there is never, ever, ever a word of excuse for the long wait, no empathy, just rude, annoyed and impatient behaviors. As a proof of this I will relate here an extremely aggravating, although not unique situation... After 37 minutes of an extremely annoying wait, because of a highly irritating corporate music (is this called music?), I laid my phone down on my desk and turned the loudspeaker on. When eventually someone daigned to answer, after 48 minutes (yes, forty-eight minutes), I picked up my phone and said hello, the whole process now exceeding 10 seconds, the Vodafone side hung up! I waited 48 minutes and that was OK for me to waste my time..., but the Vodafone associate could not bear wasting 10 seconds of her (yes, I could hear a female voice picking up) highly precious time. At Vodafone too, customers are just paying pigs, no more!Thank you for answering my complaint and thank you for proving my point! You have not read my complaint. obviously. I have never mentioned a bad experience at a Leclerc Vodafone booth but recounted my awful experiences of trying to get hold of your customer service" over the telephone!"
