One of the most memorable tours I've been on and truly felt like a personal experience. From the moment I booked online, Nelson sent Whatsapp message even before our flight to Portugal, which made me feel that I was talking to a real human being/tour guide and not a random agent. When we were working out our logistics the day before and needed to start and end the tour a bit earlier, I called the number; Nelson answered immediately and accommodated our request. The next day, he picked us up in a comfortable Mercedes Benz and gave us a wonderful, informative, and touching pilgrim's tour of Fatima, telling stories along the way. He sparked the imagination and helped us to imagine and feel the story of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary and the lives of the children and all those who experienced this miracle during the time it happened.
