This school is for me the REAL YOGA. Mukta directly comes from India, teaching in Europe, and shares his practical knowledge, wisdom and experiences from his heart to demystify spirituality, meditation, tantra and kundalini yoga, and how to put these teachings into daily life for a deep transformation.I am so grateful for his teaching and feel more peaceful, relax and easy with myself and who I am, as I learnt many tools for life, how to feel more free in my mind and heart.I highly recommend his course for anyone looking for true yoga with a proper teacher/Master from the East, who embodies that wisdom and help you grow with it.
